We are now rattling around in the house as M, A & B left on Monday. We are spending lots of time in the pool - lilo races among other things. J and I are reading Around the World in 80 Days by Jules Verne and J is already having ideas about doing the same! Perhaps he will plan it based upon triathlons around the globe... Who knows?!
Today we visited the local Snake Farm, where Thibaut was exceptionally brave handling snakes, chameleons and even got to keep the shedded skin of a Puffadder - a kind of viper, which gave birth to over 100 babies in January! Tatoum deserves special mention also as she was totally chilled with seeing so many slimey snakes ;-}
Today Thibaut even got to play football with some boys along the road, and he even scored some goals so was overjoyed.
Am totally loving it here - long may this vacation last, even with the gale we are having today. Babette is great too - being a total water baby.
